Job Description: |
We are looking for a results-driven social media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our e-commerce brand’s presence across social platforms and search engines. This role involves creating engaging social content, running paid ads (especially on Google Ads and Meta platforms), and implementing SEO strategies to drive website traffic, conversions, and overall brand awareness.
Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with the flexibility to work in-house or remotely based on your location and preference.
Social Media Marketing Responsibility:
- Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest) to build brand presence and engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Design and post visually appealing content including product promotions, educational reels, UGC, and lifestyle content & AI tools tailored to e-commerce audiences.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community building.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, influencers, and content creators when needed.
- Optimise ad budgets, targeting, keywords, and conversion tracking to maximise ROAS.
- Analyze and report on campaign KPIs like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and bounce rate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce businesses.
- Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads (especially Instagram) and SEO implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Basic familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce CMS platforms.
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or AI tools) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
