Job Description:

Under the supervision of Manager HR look after overall day-to-day affairs of Human Resources Department assigned by him. Assisting Manager HR regarding Employees data, selection & staffing, training, status of leaver’s clearance and status of Final statement and local compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

  • Monitor and oversee the interview and selection process of the Company.

  • Updating and facilitating the Interview Committee regarding the information of job applicants.

  • Responsible for managing induction support material for the orientation of all newly hired employees.

  • Identifying training needs in different areas and highlighting different problems.

  • Monitoring employee development and training needs assessment of employees.

  • Communicate Company Policies to employees.

  • Maintain and update all employees as per the employee personal file checklist.

  • Support Manager HR in the implementation of new and existing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist Manager HR in the implementation of motivational strategies to keep employees’ higher commitment level with the organization.

  • Assist Manager HR in implementing and revising the company’s compensation program, employee benefits, etc.

  • Monitor performance appraisals of all BMC employees in correspondence with Assistant Manager HR.

  • Responsible for updating employee details in ERP.

  • Manage and prepare the detail of loading, stamping, and stock checking charges and update in ERP.

  • Responsible for correspondence and liaison with Jubilee Insurance Company regarding health insurance coverage.

  • Responsible for updating and managing attendance and leave records of employees.

  • Prepare the detail of the Education Plan for employees and employees’ children on a monthly basis and forward it to the audit department for further necessary action.

  • Coordinate with Hormone Lab for the medical tests of employees prescribed by the doctor. Responsible for issuing lab test letters to employees and verifying Hormone Lab bills.

  • Prepare employee cards for newly hired employees.

  • Manage workers' food packages in correspondence with Assistant Manager HR.

  • Prepare final settlement of leavers and update clearance data of employees’ final settlement processed and pending status.

  • Liaise with the Labor Department and other government departments (EOBI, Social Securities, and other agencies).

  • Perform other suitable duties as required and in line with the position competencies.
