Job Description: |
To accelerate our global expansion, we will establish a Pakistan branch dedicated to recruiting and operating U.S.based and other nonPakistani TikTok creators (Pakistani domestic creators are not within the scope). We are seeking a resultsdriven leader who can build the branch from zero to one—both handson execution and full team management—to achieve rapid launch and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities Module Detailed Tasks Branch SetUp
- Build local workflows, onsite/remote collaboration systems, and monthly reporting mechanisms.
- Serve as the sole liaison between the Pakistan team and the China headquarters. Team Recruitment & Development
- Recruit and interview 10–20 TikTok Talent Agents in phases.• Provide “0⇒1” onboarding: sourcing global creators, outreach scripts, retention methods.
- Track weekly metrics, deliver oneonone performance coaching, and iterate SOPs. Creator Acquisition (U.S. & Other Regions)
- Guide the team to identify and sign TikTok livestream creators from the United States and other nonPakistani regions.
- Ensure every new creator meets the baseline KPI of 7 livestream days / 15 hours in their first month. Operations & Data Management
- Monitor monthly diamond revenue, agent KPIs, and funnel metrics; produce business analysis reports.
- Establish platform rulesets and compliance training to secure safe operations for creators and agents. Results Delivery
- Accountable for the dual targets of creator count + diamond revenue.• Rapidly diagnose issues and propose scalable growth solutions. Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Chinese study experience or other overseas education preferred.

3–5+ years in MCN / livestream ecommerce / influencer marketing or BPO team building.
- Proven hiring, training, and performance management of teams 10+ people.
- Power user of TikTok with deep understanding of the U.S. creator ecosystem and official community guidelines.
- Datadriven mindset; able to interpret backend dashboards and propose actionable improvements.
- Entrepreneurial, resultsoriented, and able to execute independently with limited resources.
Compensation & Growth Module Description
- Fixed Salary Competitive—benchmarked at the upper range of Pakistan’s market: PKR 240,000–280,000. Performance Incentives
