We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance with a strong sense of ownership, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting vouchers and post accurate entries into the accounting system
• Oversee bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management and relevant authorities
• Handle tax matters, including filings, returns, and compliance
• Coordinate with various internal departments and cost centers
• Ensure proper financial documentation and internal controls
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
• Suggest process improvements for financial efficiency and control

Required Skills & Tools:

• QuickBooks expertise is mandatory
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA Inter / CAF / Part Qualified ACMA / CIMA (articles completed from QCR-rated firm)
• OR MBA / BBA / BCom (with articles completed from a QCR-rated CA firm)
• Experience with development sector finance will be a strong plus
