Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals having BBA (Hons)/MBA in Marketing or equivalent with 4-5 years of sales experience in FMCG / HoReCa, preferably in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy and beverages industry. Fresh candidates can also be considered.

This position is responsible to:

  • Drive Territory Sales Performance by planning, forecasting, and executing sales strategies aligned with regional goals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead & Develop Sales teams by coaching Territory Sales Executives, enhancing their field execution, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Maximize market reach by ensuring strong market coverage, optimal SKU visibility, and robust distributor health for wider product availability.
  • Analyze & Act on insights by monitoring sales data, gathering market intelligence, and implementing timely corrective actions for consistent growth.
  • Enable seamless Operations through cross-functional coordination with supply chain, finance, and marketing  teams to resolve issues and support field execution.
  • Ensure Compliance by enforcing credit policies, pricing structures, and trade terms to uphold financial discipline and business integrity.
