Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and organized female Receptionist to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front-desk duties, assisting staff, and managing client interactions professionally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Maintain and update client records in the system
  • Assist office staff with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Provide basic information to clients and direct them appropriately

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Presentable, confident, and polite personality
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus

Working Hours: Full-time

Salary: Will be discussed during the interview
