Job Description: |
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
- Graduation minimum with relevant administrative experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with preparing and distributing office documents and reports.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.
- Ability to handle files and documents carefully.
- Strong Ms word and Excel skills
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
