Job Description:
  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts, addressing discrepancies and disputes effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on receivables aging, cash flow projections, and collection metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize invoicing and credit management strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments on customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in trading operations.
  • Support trading activities by processing transactions and monitoring market conditions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial controls and trading strategies.
