Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing truck dispatching company. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base across the U.S. by promoting and selling dispatching services to owner-operators and small trucking fleets.This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a solid understanding of the U.S. trucking and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities within the U.S. trucking industry
  • Build strong relationships with independent truck drivers and fleet owners
  • Present and promote dispatching services effectively to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using CRM tools
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales (experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is highly preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentl
  • Familiarity with the U.S. trucking industry and challenges faced by drivers/fleet owners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
