| Job Description: |
- Handle hiring & Firing.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Should manage staff attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and support employee relations by resolving workplace issues.
- Will be responsible for keeping workplace policies up to date, organizing training sessions, and helping staff grow in their roles.
- A good HR person also works to build a positive and respectful work culture, organizes employee engagement activities, and ensures fair treatment for everyone.
Requirement:
