Office Assistant needed to manage office and deal with clients at reception.
- Must have some computer knowledge.
- Organize office files and maintain office needs.
- Day-to-day bank transactions such as pay orders.
- Sort and distribute communications promptly.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
- Maintain relationships with banks and customers.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
