Job Description: |
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Staff member. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy
Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to offer accurate information and guidance
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM or other software
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and report recurring customer issues or service gaps for continuous improvement
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using customer service software, databases, and tools
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
