Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will own the front-end of our sales funnel—researching prospects, initiating contact, and setting appointments for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Prospect Research: Use LinkedIn, company databases, industry directories, and other tools to compile targeted lists of potential clients.

  • Outreach & Engagement: Craft and execute email and phone campaigns to engage prospects, communicate value propositions, and generate interest.

  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess needs, budget, and fit; accurately record lead status in the CRM.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule demos or meetings between qualified prospects and our sales executives.

  • Pipeline Maintenance: Continuously update and manage your lead pipeline to ensure consistent flow of new opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and with sales to provide seamless handoffs.

  • Reporting: Track KPIs—number of calls/emails, qualified leads, conversion rates—and report performance weekly.


Qualifications & Skills



  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B lead generation or outbound sales development.

  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English; personable phone manner.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.

  • Analytical: Able to research industries and interpret data to identify high-potential targets.

  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under targets.

  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude, receptive to feedback, and committed to shared success.
