Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings of the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and General Meetings (preparing agendas, notices, working papers, and recording minutes)
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, forms, and documents with SECP and other regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes of corporate governance and monitor changes in relevant legislations
  • Draft and review legal documents, resolutions, and company policies. Liaison with legal advisors for legal opinions / vetting of contracts or agreements.
  • Prepare and develop company's publications i.e. Annual Report, Directors’ Report, News Letters etc.
