You will be responsible for generating leads, executing email marketing campaigns, and conducting cold calls to prospective clients. You will be expected to build and maintain a pipeline of leads, engage with potential customers, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales tactics.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and tailor outreach strategies to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, needs, and market trends to help improve the sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all customer communication is accurate, clear, and customer-centric.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, ActiveCampaign) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Urdu is preferred.

• Salary ranging from 60k to 80K basic
