We’re looking for a results-driven SMS Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our A2P messaging portfolio. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across global SMS campaigns. Salary plus 20% commission on profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of A2P SMS solutions to wholesale, enterprise, and aggregator clients


•  Manage client relationships, contracts, and service delivery


• Collaborate with technical and routing teams on delivery performance


• Track performance metrics and maintain CRM accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)


• 1–3 years in telecom or sales (A2P SMS preferred)


• Basic knowledge of SMS routing, DLRs, and sender ID regulations


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• CRM and reporting proficiency
