Team Management:

• Supervise and guide all coordinators in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure task completion within deadlines.

Communication & Liaison:

• Act as the central communication point between management, faculty/staff, and departments.

• Ensure timely flow of information and coordination of activities and meetings.

Operational Oversight:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coordination and administration.

• Monitor the execution of schedules, timetables, and event planning.

Conflict Resolution:

• Handle internal concerns, complaints, or escalations related to coordination issues.

• Maintain a professional and productive work environment.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all coordination activities.

Training & Development:

• Conduct orientation and training for new coordinators.

• Identify skill gaps in the team and provide solutions for improvement.
