| Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Assistant Manager, Internal Audit to join our team.
- Conduct internal audits across departments in accordance with the approved audit plan.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and propose practical solutions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the development of internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and report progress to management.
- Support external auditors during annual audits and ensure the timely provision of required documentation.
- Perform special audits and investigations as assigned by management/HIA.
Job Specification:
Professional certification such as CA (Inter), ACCA, CIA, or equivalent will be preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing/FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
