We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Agent will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. It is a night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions that meet their needs.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback and sales training.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide post-sale support when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
