| Job Description: |
A Customer Sales and Service Representative is required for a water bottling and delivery business in Lahore. Minimum 3 years of experience required in a similar role. Candidates without prior relevant experience will not be considered for this role.
Job timings are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The salary for this role is 40,000 plus additional sales and performance incentives (up to 15,000)
The following are the job details:
- Manage the front reception desk as needed
- Over the phone customer dealing (information, signups, complaints, deliveries, etc.)
- Managing deliveries for on-call customers in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Managing deliveries for scheduled delivery customers in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Relationship/communication (outbound + inbound) management with customers through all phases of the lifecycle
