Job Description: |
We seek a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions using CRM or call center software.
- Update customer accounts and maintain records of calls and interactions.
- Stay up to date with company services, promotions, and policies.
- Provide accurate information and recommend services that meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, first call resolution).
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts when applicable.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
