Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial records Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations Prepare financial statements and assist with audits Maintain up-to-date ledgers and financial documentation Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the logistics/shipping industry) Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, EasyBooks, etc.) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills
