| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools such as Google Search and Google Maps to research and gather accurate business contact information
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective business clients
- Identify and qualify leads based on their communication and telephony needs
- Professionally present and promote our VoIP phone system solutions to potential customers
- Clearly explain the features and advantages of our VoIP services to help clients understand their value
- Generate new business opportunities by converting leads into appointments or direct sales
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, and follow up on inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outbound telesales or cold calling.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional, clear, and persuasive speaking style.

Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated to meet or exceed sales targets.

Sales Ability: Proven track record of closing cold leads or securing qualified appointments.

Objection Handling: Strong skills in managing objections and negotiating effectively.
