Brief:

• Advertising vacancies on career groups, job search engines and all social media platforms
• Being creative (but honest) while attracting required talent for the company
• Drafting timely responses and answering queries on official platforms
• Screening incoming Resumes and application forms
• Providing expected candidate interview lists to admin department prior to interviews
• Conducting initial screening interviews of potential candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
• Sharing feedback regarding screening interviews with HR Manager
• Attending daily meetings/ group discussions with HR Manager Lahore and HR Head Canada
• Providing contact and details of selected applicants to the company’s HR Manager
• Conducting Mockup Test and scheduling Final interviews
• Providing creative ideas for maintaining a healthy effective HR Department

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in the said role
• Self-driven nature
• Communication proficiency
• Punctual & Organized
• Comfortable working for Canadian based companies
• Team player

Qualification Required:

• Minimum BBA/B.Com
• Certifications in HR (preferred)
• ·Prior experience working for a BPO is a plus
• Can work in Eastern Standard time zone (5pm to 2am)
• ·Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII
