Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team as Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and solutions via phone calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate assistance
  • Keep records of all conversations and update customer information in the database
  • Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • 3 Months Experience 
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
