Job Description: |
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team as Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and solutions via phone calls, emails, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate assistance
- Keep records of all conversations and update customer information in the database
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 3 Months Experience
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
