We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Water Filtration Plant and actively generate sales leads. This is a key leadership role within a growing business focused on delivering clean, safe, and affordable drinking water to our community.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the filtration plant to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage plant staff, and scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor water quality reports and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory, maintenance, and other logistical needs.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and community well-being.
• Basic understanding of water filtration systems (training will be provided if needed).
