Job Description:

Fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced travel consultant. We are experiencing consistent growth and in turn, require an experienced international travel consultants to assist in customer care team.


THE ROLE:You will be responsible for assisting the general public, via phone and email, with all international flight and accommodation enquiries. Whether it is a change to a booking, website query or booking special request, you will assist client's with VIP service.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?



  • Proven experience as a Travel Agent/Travel Consultant

  • GDS knowledge is essential – Galileo, Sabre

  • Achieving sales targets

  • Ticketing experience highly desirable

  • Oral and written proficiency in the English language

  • CallCenter experience is preferred.
