We are looking to hire Manager Sales (Ebay-Amazon)Description:

• Primary and Day-to Day contact for Amazon/Volcom relationship with Staff/Buying teams, Sales, e-Business, Marketing and 3rd party Amazon consultants


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Volcom programs on Amazon.com


• Daily monitoring (customer service duties) of order file- Bulks and Replens, shipping/tracking info, cancelations, refunds, returns, and chargebacks


• Collaborate with Amazon consultants and share their performance summaries and reporting. Collaborate to develop and manage pricing strategy and oversight


• Collaborate with consultants on marketing strategies and programs


• Manage AMS budgets and strategies with management and consultants


• Manage A+ Details pages – work with consultants on content


• KPI’s with key stakeholders for the following metrics: sales, feedback & cancelation rates


• Work in collaboration with the Sales, e-Business Merchandising team and 3rd party Amazon consultants to leverage products, campaigns, and promotional opportunities


• Manage seasonal showing meetings- Set up and Upload templates, Sample availably and Key Account packet updates


• Work with management on forecasts, budgets and dealines


• Manage the WIP and Tools to be updated and Accurate for Planning and Management teams


• Work with Demand planning team on inventory management and recuts


• Manage the missing styles report to work on scrubs or fill-ins


• Manage all content uploads and fix any catalog errors


• Work with Amazon ‘Contact Us’ and internal legal teams on counterfeiting issues


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Marketplace programs for Volcom (e.g. Amazon and Ebay)


• Day-to-day Marketplace point of contact for Amazon 1P Wholesales & 3P Seller Marketplace between Sales, e-Business, Marketing and 3rd party Amazon consultants


• Daily monitoring of 3P flow (orders, shipping/tracking info, cancelations, refunds, returns) between Amazon & eBay and Full Circle through the Solid Commerce software


• Coordinate with other departments such web engineering, IT & customer service to ensure all orders are being received and processed appropriately to maintain high seller ratings on Amazon & eBay


• Monitor changes to taxation calculation systems for 3P orders


• Monitor Magento and Full Circle inventory feeds and order status files for 3P Amazon & eBay


• Collaborate with 3rd party Amazon consultants and share their performance summaries and reporting against 3P KPI’s with key stakeholders for the following metrics: sales, feedback & cancelation rates


• Work in collaboration with the Sales, e-Business Merchandising team and 3rd party Amazon consultants to leverage products, campaigns, and promotional opportunities


• Collaborate with 3rd party Amazon consultants to develop and manage 3P pricing strategy and oversight


• Other duties as needed
