Maverix Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated telesales marketer.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the project(s)
- Learn details about product and offerings and update customer information in the database
- Answer questions about project(s) or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and track and document calls and sales
- Keep a strong follow up of interested clients
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects to the team lead when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Strictly abiding by the rules and policies of the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Proven record of met quota
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills on the phone
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM (Customer Resource Manager) software
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to projections
