Job Purpose:  The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Ultimately, he/she should be able to promote company and increase client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals


• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)


• Manage end-to-end digital projects


• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness


• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media


• Liaise with Marketing, Sales m teams to ensure brand consistency


• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability


• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments


• Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures. Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.


• Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.


• Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules. Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.


• Should have some experience of email marketing


• In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.


• Presenting recommendations to CEO/Director of Marketing and Communications.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience


• Masters/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field


• Proven working experience in social media marketing


• Excellent written skills in English


• Solid knowledge of media editing software


• Experience with visual communication principles


• Familiarity with web design and content management systems


• Excellent analytical skills


• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines


• Experienced with IT products and services


• Knowledge of SEO


• Experience of Email Marketing
