Job Description

• Identify, qualify and contact potential new accounts (Government departments & Private Sector Clints) within the Pakistan, to convert to profitable sales Service, retain and grow a defined book of customers in the region
• Set activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team  
• Continual training and development of all members of the sales department
• Attend key meetings with members of the sales team
• Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest to upper management.
• Spot market opportunities for new customers
• Attend monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
• Network in order to generate new business for the company
• Generate monthly reports on sales performance to upper hierarchy
• Manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives for the branch
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Aim to achieve weekly or monthly targets
• Negotiate/close deals

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for candidate who has experience in Sales & Marketing in corporate sector.
• We are looking for candidate who has or can has strong networking with Government Departments & Private Sector clients to gain business 
• Preference will be given to candidate who has real estate background
