Job Description:
- Designing and developing in-house course content, NHT/PST manual and SOP.
- Developed training policies that establish guidelines for all training functions.
- Devise individual learning plans
- Manage the delivery of training and development programs
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
- Trained new hires to perform cross-training exercises with experienced workers.
- Making soft skills and product related presentation based upon the requirements.
- Assist with development of course schedules, training calendars, and coordination of course presentations.
- Designed training modules and developed effective induction programs/open house sessions for employees' development.
