Job Description:

Sales Representatives will be hired for 3 months with the possibility of further extension, depending on the performance

Job Role:

The primarily role of the Sales Representative will be:

Shop on-boarding: Each sales rep will be provided targets of number of shops to be on-boarded.

Shop training: Sales rep will have to provide training of Daraz app’s usage and Daraz policies.

Follow-ups: on shops/retraining/motivating them to sell for the remainder of their employment

They will report to the City Coordinator – Daraz Dukan

Requirements:

Fluent in local language + English
At the very least, a high school graduate.
Go-getter and strong salesperson.

Duty timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM Salary: 16,000 + Commission (12,000 Basic + 3000 Fuel + 1000 Mobile Allowance) Gender: Male
