Job Description: |
- To coordinate with sister companies regarding purchase orders/inquiries for assigned area.
- To coordinate with PPC department regarding order arrangement, lead time negotiation and item color registration for assigned area.
- To maintain inventory check sheets for assigned area for all sister concerns.
- To maintain lead time and price negotiation sheet for assigned area for all sister concerns.
- To maintain semi standard slider sheet and place orders with the approval of Section Head.
- To update daily sales and order receiving reports.
- To maintain and follow up slider usage check sheet.
- To generate Performa invoice for all assigned export customers.
