Promote company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives.
-Organize business meetings with prospective clients particularly from USA/UK and Middle East region.
-Cultivate business growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction as well.
-Execute constant research to identify new markets and customer needs.
-Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
guidelines.
-Achieve company targets related to sales and revenue etc.
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to customers.
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to have
constant fresh sales and upsell as well.
-Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople to achieve set targets.
Minimum Qualification
-MBA/BBA or equivalent degree in sales or relevant field.
-Proven working experience for at least Three (3) years as IT/Software
business development manager, sales executive or any relevant role.
-Proven sales track record particularly in USA/UK and Middle East region.
-Experience in customer support is a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
-Proficiency in both verbal and written English with clear accent.
-IT/Software Development Understanding.
-Strong contacts in local and international market with firm understanding of latest technology trends and practices.
-Proven Communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build rapport globally.
-Time management and planning skills
