We are looking for a Male/Female candidate (preferable female candidate) for the position of Executive Assistant to Director  for the company, our Karachi office. We are looking for a competent candidate to support the director in departmental planning and monitoring progress.

You will be working to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

Candidate would be well-versed in performance and operations management and competent in assuming delegated duties.

The responsibilities include:

• Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
• Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

The candidate must have the following:

• A bachelors degree
• Ability to use MS Word and Ms Excel
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
